Yummy Shrimp and Pepper Stir-Fry Directions:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, cornstarch, water, and sesame oil (if using) to prepare the sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are fully cooked. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the red, yellow, and green bell peppers, along with the onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
