WW Roasted Brussel Sprouts Directions:
Preheat oven 400°F. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil or coat pan with cooking spray.
Remove any yellow outer leaves from Brussels sprouts; trim ends and slice each one in half. Quarter large Brussels sprouts to reduce cooking time.
Place Brussels sprouts, ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper on prepared sprayed pan; toss to combine and roast 15 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and fakin bacon bits toss to coat. Roast until Brussels sprouts are just tender when pierced with a knife.
