WW Pumpkin Spiced Muffins Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
  • In a separate large bowl, combine the canned pumpkin puree, eggs, unsweetened applesauce, granulated stevia, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
