WW Philly Cheese Steak Casserole Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or lean ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat if using beef.
  • Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add the fat-free beef broth to the skillet and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti squash with the meat and vegetable mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer the reduced-fat provolone cheese slices on top of the casserole, followed by the fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese.
