- Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

- Add the fat-free beef broth to the skillet and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
