  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or flavor as desired.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. If using mix-ins like sugar-free chocolate chips or fruit, fold them in now.
  • Cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, stirring every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours to prevent ice crystals.
  • Once frozen, scoop and serve. If too hard, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
