WW Friendly Coconut Cookies Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix unsweetened shredded coconut with the Swerve sweetener and add the egg whites. Mix well until a smooth and slightly sticky dough forms.
Transfer the dough into a piping bag with a large star-shaped nozzle.
Pipe out small individual cookies onto a prepared baking pan and bake with the fan on for around 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
