WW Chia Seed Pudding Directions:

In a mixing bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumped together.
Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and thicken, creating a pudding-like consistency.
After the pudding has set, give it a good stir to break up any clumps and ensure a smooth texture.
Divide the chia seed pudding into individual serving cups or bowls.
If desired, top the pudding with fresh fruit such as berries, sliced bananas, or mango chunks, as well as nuts, seeds, or a drizzle of honey for added flavor and texture.
