WW Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry Directions:
Prepare the Beef:
- In a medium bowl, toss the thinly sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray and add the beef slices.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the beef is browned and just cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. Stir-Fry the Broccoli:
- In the same skillet, add the olive oil (or spray for lower points) and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. You can add a splash of water and cover the skillet to steam the broccoli if needed.
3. Make the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, the remaining 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and water until smooth.
4. Combine and Serve:
- Return the beef to the skillet with the broccoli. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli and stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is well-coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
