In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese and plain Greek yogurt. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 2-3 minutes.
Add finely chopped fresh chives, parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated into the cream cheese mixture.

Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or herbs according to your preference.
Transfer the whipped cream cheese veggie dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the dip to firm up slightly.
