Weight Watchers Viral Watermelon Sandwich Directions:

Cut two thin slices of watermelon to mimic slices of bread.

Place 3 pickle slices on one of the watermelon slices.
Add the slice of Havarti cheese on top of the pickles.
Drizzle a small amount of hot honey and balsamic glaze over the cheese.
Add the basil leaves on top.

Place the second slice of watermelon on top to complete the sandwich.
Slice and enjoy immediately as a refreshing and unique snack!
