Weight Watchers Sweet Potato Dessert Directions:
I know it doesn’t look or sound “right” but I am now obsessed lol.
Baked sweet potato In the microwave until soft then set in air fryer to crisp up. Could have just done air fryer but I was gettting hangry !
While it crisped, I took cottage cheese, lemon sugar free pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice. Next time I might put it back in to brown and warm the filling. It truly is a decadent tasting and filling concoction.
(Ps the lemon was supposed to be cheesecake flavor but I didn’t notice til I ate it wns I don’t know that I would switch it next time. It’s kind of sweet potato pie with cannoli filling taste if I were to try and explain it. 10 minutes start to finish
