Weight Watchers Pumpkin Whoopie Pies:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned pumpkin puree, unsweetened applesauce, Swerve granular sweetener, Swerve Brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

- Serve immediately, or store the whoopie pies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
