Weight Watchers Pizza Salad Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce or mixed greens with the cherry tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, red onions, and black olives. Toss gently to mix.

Top the salad with the sliced grilled chicken breast or turkey pepperoni.
Sprinkle the shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese over the salad.
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving, or serve it on the side for individual portion control.
Divide the Weight Watchers Pizza Salad among serving plates and serve immediately.
