Weight Watchers Pineapple Directions:

  • Preparation of Marinade:

    • In a small bowl, combine ground cinnamon, lime juice, olive oil, and dark honey.
    • Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
    • Set the marinade aside.
  • Grill Method:

    • Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
    • Lightly mist the grate with olive oil to prevent sticking.
    • Brush the pineapple slices with the marinade mixture on both sides.
    • Place the pineapple slices on the grill and cook for 3 to 6 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
    • During cooking, drizzle the remaining marinade over the pineapple and flip the slices halfway through.
    • Once cooked, remove from the grill and place on a serving plate. Serve immediately.
  • Air Fryer Method:

    • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
    • Brush the pineapple slices with the marinade mixture on both sides.
    • Place the marinated pineapple slices into the air fryer basket.
    • Cook for 9 to 13 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through to ensure even cooking.
    • Once the pineapple is golden and tender, remove from the air fryer and serve.
