Weight Watchers Big Mac Salad Directions:

  • Cook the Meat:

    • Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add the lean ground beef and onion salt, cooking for about 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally. Use a fork to crumble the meat.
    • Add Worcestershire sauce and minced garlic. Stir until garlic is incorporated and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Prepare the Salad:
