- 1 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 pinches white pepper
- 30–35 dumpling wrappers (points vary based on brand)
- 2–3 tbsp canola oil
- 1/4 cup water
