3 lbs of Ground Beef
6 Green Peppers
1 Large Yellow Onion, Diced
2 Carrots, Diced
2 Celery Ribs, Diced
2 28 ounce cans of crushed tomatoes
1 28 ounce can of diced tomatoes
Olive Oil for cooking
3 cups of cooked, white rice
2 tablespoons of oregano
4 to 6 cups of water
1/2 tablespoon of white sugar
1 tablespoon each of garlic and onion powder
2 tablespoons of a good quality powdered bouillon, I like Better Than Bouillon Beef
