Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake sweet potatoes for 1 hour or until easily sliced.
Scoop out potato insides, leaving a 1/4-inch border, and place in a bowl.
Add milk, butter, and cream cheese to the bowl. Beat until smooth.
Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
Fill potato shells and bake for 10 minutes. Top with more butter and brown sugar if desired.
