- Add the ground turkey to the spices, mixing until fully coated. Let marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

- Add the marinated turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon until fully cooked.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for 5-6 minutes until softened. Set aside.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, unsweetened almond milk, and the remaining 1/4 tsp of black pepper and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared mini muffin tins.
- Add a spoonful of the cooked turkey and spinach mixture to each muffin cup.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly, then remove from the muffin tins.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips.
