Turkey Cheeseball Directions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened reduced-fat cream cheese and fat-free sour cream.
  • Add the ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Take 1/3 of the crumbled turkey bacon along with the reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese and fold it into the mixture.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow it to firm up.
  • After chilling, remove the cheeseball from the fridge and roll it in the remaining crumbled turkey bacon, covering it evenly.
  • Decorate with the cheese corner for the beak, candy eyes, pretzels for feathers, and baby carrots for feet as desired.
