Sugar-Free Greek Yogurt Jello Directions:

In a mixing bowl, empty the package of sugar-free Jello powder. Pour in the boiling water and stir until the Jello powder is completely dissolved.

Once the Jello powder is dissolved, pour in the cold water and stir to combine. Make sure the mixture is well blended.

In a separate bowl, measure out the Greek yogurt. Gradually add the prepared sugar-free Jello mixture to the Greek yogurt, stirring continuously. Mix until the yogurt and Jello mixture are fully combined and smooth.

Pour the Greek yogurt and sugar-free Jello mixture into individual serving cups or molds. You can use silicone molds, ramekins, or small cups for this step.

Place the filled cups or molds in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until the Jello mixture has set and the dessert is firm to the touch.

Once set, remove the sugar-free Greek yogurt Jello cups from the refrigerator. You can enjoy them as is or top them with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of nuts for added flavor and texture.
