Stuffed Garlic Bread Rolls Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix and knead until a smooth dough forms.

  • Divide dough into 8 equal portions. Flatten each and place pieces of light string cheese inside. Seal well and roll into log shapes.

  • Let the rolls rest for 10–15 minutes while preparing garlic butter.

  • In a pan, melt the light butter spread and lightly sauté the minced garlic. Add optional seasonings to taste.

  • Brush garlic butter over the rolls.

  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, until golden brown.

  • Serve warm.
