Ingredients:
3 petite sirloin steak filets (approximately 1.5 lbs)
1 Stem of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
3 to 4 cups of spinach
1/4 cup of blue cheese crumbles (optional)
1 small red onion, sliced thin
1 cup of diced cherry tomatoes
1 15 ounce can of whole potatoes
1 bag of croutons ( I used cheese and garlic flavor)
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of avocado oil or another light tasting oil (divided)
3 tablespoons (or your preference) of A1 Steak sauce (you can also use the Aldi brand)
1 12 ounce bottle of a garlic vinaigrette (I used the Aldi brand)
Seasonings
salt
black pepper
lemon pepper
Montreal steak seasoning
garlic powder
garlic and onion powder
