Slow Cooker Mississippi Chicken Directions:

  • Prepare the Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.

  • Add Seasoning: Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken breasts.

  • Add Liquid: Pour the water or low-sodium chicken broth around the chicken in the slow cooker.

  • Add Peppers: Place the pepperoncini peppers on top of the chicken, and drizzle the pepperoncini juice over everything.

  • Optional Butter: If using light butter, scatter the small pieces over the top of the chicken.
