Directions:
Place the carrots in your slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, combine the salt, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and maple syrup.
Pour the mixture over the carrots in the slow cooker.
Stir to coat the carrots evenly. Sprinkle butter slices on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours (or 3 hrs on high) or until the carrots are tender. If needed, stir a few times during cook process.
Pro Tip: For thicker glaze, turn slow cooker on high for last 30 mins of cook time.
