3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 lb. Clean cooked shrimp, chopped
2 cans (6 oz each) lump crabmeat, drained
1 pound of steamed codfish
1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
