Sausage and Cream Cheese Crescents Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey sausage, softened reduced-fat cream cheese, and drained diced tomatoes and green chilies. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Spoon a generous portion of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto each triangle, spreading it out evenly. Starting from the wide end, roll up each crescent, tucking the ends underneath to secure the filling.
  • Place the filled crescents onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
