- 2 packages of ramen noodles (any flavor, discard seasoning)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- Olive oil spray (for sautéing)
- 1 medium head of cabbage, finely shredded
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (substitute with 2 tablespoons stevia or other WW-friendly sugar substitute)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
