  • 400 g pumpkin, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp dried apricots, soaked and rinsed

  • 1 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp Planters Unsalted Trail Mix (nuts and seeds only, no chocolate)
