Oatmeal Quick Bread Ingredients:

1 cup of oats
Warm water (about 1 glass)
1/2 pumpkin of 800 g, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon optional sweetener
1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
A pinch of salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Dried, soaked and rinsed apricots
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1-2 tablespoons walnuts, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mixed nuts, seeds and dried fruits
Baking powder
Butter paper
