Quick Cucumber Salad Directions:

  • Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small sticks using a vegetable slicer. Place them in a mixing bowl.
  • In a closed cup or jar, shake the fat-free sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth. Add it to the cucumber sticks in the bowl.
