Bacon Cheeseburger Egg Rolls Directions:
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove it, crumble, and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Add diced onions and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until onions are translucent.
Stir in the diced pickles or pickle relish, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In a small bowl, whisk together cold water and cornstarch to create a slurry. Pour this into the beef mixture to thicken it. Remove from heat.
Place an egg roll or wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon some of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of shredded cheese onto the center.
Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and then roll it up, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Heat oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the egg rolls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side).
Remove the egg rolls and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve your Bacon Cheeseburger Eggrolls with your favorite dipping sauce.
