Pork Chop Supreme Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the fat-free cream of onion soup, French onion soup mix, and unsweetened almond milk. Stir until well mixed.
  • Arrange the sliced potatoes evenly on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Place the seared pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and potatoes, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes. The pork chops are done when they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
