Pistachio Fluff Directions:

  1. Gather all your ingredients and ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
  2. Select a mixing bowl that is large enough for all the ingredients.
  3. Place the softened cream cheese into the mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until creamy and smooth.
  4. Slowly add the cold heavy whipping cream to the bowl while mixing on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  5. Periodically scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl to ensure everything is well mixed.
  6. Gradually sprinkle in the packet of sugar-free pistachio Jello and mix on low speed until fully incorporated.
  7. Taste the mixture and add a splash of vanilla or almond extract if desired, mixing gently.
  8. Increase the mixer speed to high and whip until firm peaks form.
  9. If desired, fold in chopped pistachios for added crunch.
  10. Transfer the Pistachio Fluff into an airtight container, pressing it down gently to minimize air pockets.

Storage Instructions: The Pistachio Fluff can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Use a clean spoon when scooping out portions to avoid contamination.
