Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Flatten slightly.

Place a cube of light string cheese in the center of each triangle. Fold dough around cheese and seal tightly.

In a small bowl, mix melted light butter substitute, garlic, seasoning, and salt.

Arrange seam-side down on baking sheet and spray tops with cooking spray.
