Parmesan Pork Chops Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Brush the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish with olive oil and set aside.

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg.

  • In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning.

  • Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

  • Press each into the Parmesan mixture, covering completely.

  • Place the coated pork chops in the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C).

  • If needed, return to the oven for 5 more minutes.

  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
