Parmesan Baked Potatoes Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.

  • In a large bowl, mix diced potatoes, chopped onion, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  • Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.

  • Remove from oven, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, and bake for 3–5 more minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

  • Let cool slightly before serving.
