Directions:
Separate the filling from the 14 cookies and reserve.
Grind the Biscuits without filling.
Melt the butter and add to the ground biscuits.
In a mold, spread the mixture of cookies with butter all over the mold and flatten.
Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water and reserve.
Blend the rest of the ingredients (condensed milk, lemon juice, cream cheese, cream, milk, vanilla) and include the cookie filling.
Heat the gelatin and water mixture in the microwave for 25 seconds on full power.
Add two tablespoons of the creamy mixture to the gelatin, incorporate completely and then blend both mixtures.
Once blended, pour into the mold and refrigerate for about 2 hours and decorate with strawberries.
