One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli Directions:

  • Cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions, drain and set aside

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

  • Season steak with salt and pepper, add to skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside

  • In the same skillet, lower heat to medium, add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds

  • Pour in beef broth, almond milk, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning; stir and let simmer for 3–4 minutes

  • Return steak and cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce

  • Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot
