- In a separate pan, scramble 3 eggs over medium heat. Stir continuously until fully set, soft, and moist. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Once oatmeal is done, remove from heat and stir in the chopped apple and sliced banana. The heat from the oats will gently soften the fruit.
- Stir in the chopped walnuts.
