No-Knead Soft Bread Directions:

  • In a large bowl, mix water, sugar, and yeast until dissolved.

  • Gradually stir in bread flour and salt until a shaggy dough forms.

  • Add olive oil and mix until fully incorporated.

  • Cover with a towel and let rest for 20 minutes.

  • After resting, mix dough until smooth. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  • Transfer to a floured surface and divide into 3 equal parts.

  • Shape each into a ball and let rest 15 minutes.

  • Roll each ball into a strip, fold sides in, then roll and pinch to seal. Place into greased 450g loaf pan.

  • Cover and let rise 50 minutes, or until dough reaches 80–90% of pan height.

  • Preheat oven to 340°F (170°C). Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.

  • Cool slightly before transferring to wire rack. Slice and enjoy.
