No-Knead Soft Bread Directions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine water, sugar, and yeast. Mix well to dissolve the sugar and yeast.
  • Gradually add bread flour and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  • Add olive oil to the dough and mix until well incorporated.
  • Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
  • After resting, mix the dough again until smooth. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Transfer the dough to a floured surface and divide it into 3 equal portions.
  • Shape each portion into a ball and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  • Roll out each dough ball into a long strip and fold both sides inward. Roll up the dough, pinch the ends, and place in a greased 450g loaf pan.
  • Cover the pan with a cloth and let the dough rise for 50 minutes, or until it reaches 80%-90% of the mold’s height.
  • Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let the bread cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy.
