No-Bake Biscuit Pudding Directions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, whipped topping, cream cheese (if using), vanilla extract, and powdered erythritol. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  • Dip each biscuit into the almond milk for 1–2 seconds.

  • Place a layer of softened biscuits in a rectangular glass dish.

  • Spread a layer of the cream mixture on top.

  • Repeat layers, ending with cream mixture.

  • Garnish with fresh berries or grated dark chocolate.
