1 Small Onion, Diced
1 Cup Beef Stock
1 Cup Chicken Stock
Water only if you really need it
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1 Bay Leaf
For the Po'Boy:
Shredded Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Tomatoes
Roast Beef
Debris Gravy
