Moist Vanilla Cake with Sweetened Milk Glaze Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or springform pan.

  • Cream light butter and sweetener until fluffy.

  • Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt separately.

  • Alternate adding dry mix and almond milk to butter mixture.

  • Pour into pan and bake 45–55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  • Cool 10–15 minutes in pan, then transfer to rack.

  • Melt white chocolate chips and butter over low heat.

  • Add sweetened condensed milk, stir until smooth.

  • Remove from heat, add vanilla, let cool slightly, then pour over cake.
