Moist Burritos Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground turkey and chopped onion. Cook until evenly browned and the onion softens.
  • Drain any liquid, then season the mixture with garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir in the diced green peppers and refried beans until well blended. Keep warm.
  • In a separate skillet, combine the tomato sauce, beanless chili, and enchilada sauce. Whisk together and cook over medium heat until heated through. Keep warm.
  • Divide the turkey and bean mixture into 6 equal portions.
