16 slices of aubergines, about 1/2 cm thick (3 aubergines)
16 round tomato slices of 1 cm approx (3 large tomatoes)
12 thick slices of fresh Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
60 ml of milk
40g grated cheese
Olive oil, salt and pepper. oregano to taste
