Microwave Cottage Cheese Chips Directions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended.
  • Spoon teaspoon-sized portions of the mixture onto parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart. Flatten each with a spoon.
  • Microwave the parchment with the cottage cheese dollops at half power for 3-4 minutes until they appear dried and slightly browned. Adjust as necessary, microwaving in 30-second intervals.
  • Let the chips sit for 2 minutes to harden and then carefully peel them from the parchment paper.
  • Serve immediately.
