Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well blended.
Spoon teaspoon-sized portions of the mixture onto parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart. Flatten each with a spoon. You can use two sheets of parchment if needed.
Microwave the parchment with the cottage cheese dollops at half power for 3-4 minutes until they appear dried and slightly browned. Adjust as necessary, microwaving in 30-second intervals.
Let the chips sit for 2 minutes to harden and then carefully peel them from the parchment paper.
Serve immediately.
Note: Experiment with different spices and herbs to customize the flavor of your chips. You can try adding dried rosemary, chili powder, or even a sprinkle of nutritional yeast for a cheesy twist.
