Ingredients
For the mass:
500 g of wheat flour
150g of sugar
10 g instant yeast
180 ml of lukewarm milk
2 eggs
100 g butter at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
For the topping (cover):
150g of flour
100 g icing sugar (powdered or powdered sugar)
100 g butter at room temperature
Food coloring of different colors (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
They are made using a slightly sweet bread dough and covered with a mixture of sugar and shortening before baking.
