Lower-Point Easy Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a casserole dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar substitute, baking soda, and unsweetened cocoa powder.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, reduced-fat mayonnaise, and lukewarm water to the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the dish for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once cool, frost or serve the cake as desired.

Optional Frosting:
