Low-Point Garlic Cheese Fingers Directions:

In a bowl, mix together the soft light butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Spread half of the garlic butter mixture evenly over one of the low-carb tortillas.
Sprinkle half of the shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (about 1/2 cup) evenly over the buttered tortilla.
Place the second tortilla on top.
Repeat the process with the remaining garlic butter mixture and mozzarella cheese on the second tortilla.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the assembled tortilla stack in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the tortillas are crisp and the cheese is melted.
Optionally, finish by placing them under the broiler for 2-3 minutes to get a golden brown crust.

Remove from the air fryer or broiler and let them cool slightly. Slice into pieces and enjoy warm!
