Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and coat lightly with cooking spray.
Pound the chicken breasts to an even 1-inch thickness.
In a shallow bowl, combine the whole wheat bread crumbs, crushed corn flakes, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and fat free milk.
Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then press firmly into the crumb mixture until evenly coated.
Place on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
Bake for 22–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the coating is golden and crisp.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm; each serving is 1 chicken breast (about 6 oz cooked). Makes 4 servings.
